Our story
FGF Industry is a story of entrepreneurship and style. A small Made in Italy business which has become an international fashion holding company.
2001
2004
In 2004, FGF Industry entered into a partnership for the production and distribution of the Sweet Years brand; an association which came to an end in 2011 when FGF Industry decided to concentrate on Blauer USA, the new brand BPD and on C.P. Company, a historic Italian sportswear firm it acquired in 2010 and sold - in expansion - in 2015.
In the wake of sponsorship deals signed with world motorcycle champions, FGF Industry launched the line Blauer Helmets, which later merged with Blauer HT, a range of technically advanced clothing dedicated to the urban commuter.
2015
From 2015 onwards came licensing agreements for Blauer USA and ranges of eyewear, bags and accessories, shoes and fragrances.
2017
2017 saw the announcement of the birth of BWF - Blauer World Fashion srl, a newco owned 50% by the Blauer family of Boston and 50% by FGF Industry owned by the Fusco family, which had brought the brand to worldwide recognition in sixteen years.
TODAY BLAUER USA IS THE FLAGSHIP BRAND OF FGF INDUSTRY, WHICH ALSO CONTINUES ITS RESEARCH INTO STYLE THROUGH ITS OTHER BRANDS: TEN C, BPD AND PRINCE TEES.
